Includes display and props set up and pick up!

I need at least 18 feet for the Happy Birthday in Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink & Black/Red/Dark Blue/Light Blue /Rose Gold/Purple Sparkle (it is not actual sparkle) individual letters & if a age/number is in the middle at only come in black with a white outline and takes up at least 20 feet. Individual letters are approx. 24 inches tall by approx. 15 inches wide (HBD/Balloons height approx. 4 feet), accents/flare/props display options like sports etc. are approx. 23 inches or less in width (not always able to guarantee a specific prop but I will do my best) Smaller happy birthday all in one signs are available. Depending on your yard and my display I may need to altered to provide the best options I have available. Example: Instead of Happy 10th Birthday, I may need to do only Happy 10th, 10th Birthday or Happy 10th Bday only.
I will be setting up BY 10am the morning of your celebration & I pick up the following morning unless I’m able to pick up when you are done celebrating, feel free to let me know (Please Do Not Remove/Just Text Me Before Doing Anything To The Signs), long time in WIND is not good for the signs and I don’t mind picking up same day if I can, please inform me if you need a specific time of set up or pick up! My set up time takes approx. 20 min or less. I am located in Rancho Cucamonga, I cannot guarantee delivery time set up due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or difficulty setting up, weekends are my busiest days. *Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds may be needed due to bad weather like excessive wind and rain and can be rescheduled or refunded. Please remember that the sign is on personal property by booking once it has been set up it is the property owners or bookers responsibility and should you have any concerns for the signs please just let me know at any time. Loss or Damage (my displays pieces are approx. $10 + a piece). I will make it as special as possible & send you a pic when I am finished and text when I pick up.
INSTRUCTIONS:
This display is a RENTAL from Happysignsrc, I set up & pick up. Please stay indoors during set up. Please do not touch or move display and ask others do do the same. Please do not mow or water near display. IMPORTANT-Water your lawn Before & Turn Off the Sprinklers before set up of display & until it’s been picked up. A $40 CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE REQUIRED IF SIGNS ARE WET FROM SPRINKLERS WHEN I PICK UP. I CANNOT do Fake Grass, Rocked Areas or Apartments. My Google, Yelp, FB & IG: Happysignsrc

Reschedule/Refunds If you need your booking rescheduled, you will receive a credit for a later date. If you must cancel, only half of your payment will be refunded. Additional days can be requested for an additional charge.
